Medicare · Live transfers

Exclusive Medicare live transfers.

A Medicare live transfer is a screened consumer handed to your licensed agent in a warm three-way handoff while still on the line. With Omnia Connect, each transfer goes to one buyer only, is routed only to states where your agents are licensed and appointed, and is billed only after your agreed talk-time buffer.

Questions buyers ask

Will I pay for calls under the buffer, or calls that never happened?

No. The buffer clock starts when your agent answers; ring time, IVR and hold time never count. Every billable call has a call ID and a recording in your portal for 90 days. Flag any call ID within 48 hours and valid disputes are credited to your balance.

How do you keep out callers who only want giveback benefits?

Trained human screeners qualify every caller before the connection, and every call carries documented consent to speak with a licensed agent. Share your dispositions and we tune screening toward the callers who close for your room.

Can I turn calls off or slow them down?

Yes. You set your hours, time zone, daily caps, hourly caps and maximum concurrent calls, and can change them any time. Real-time capacity checks hold calls when your floor is full, and calls pause automatically when your prepaid balance reaches zero.

Are the transfers exclusive?

Yes. Each call goes to one buyer only. We never shop a caller to multiple rooms or resell the same consumer.

Can I lock a price for AEP?

Yes, for committed daily volume through December 7.

Who handles TPMO requirements?

Our Medicare flows are live transfers with recorded consent that names your agency. You remain responsible for your own TPMO disclaimer, SOA and CMS requirements.

We are not an insurance agency and do not sell, quote or enroll plans. Services are for licensed insurance agencies only. Full answers in the Buyer Center and spec sheet.
